What types of QR codes do you offer?
We offer QR codes for website links, contact cards, WiFi access, phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, PDFs, and social links. You can choose either a static QR code or a dynamic QR code depending on whether you want the destination to stay fixed or be editable later.
Can I change my QR code later?
Static QR codes cannot be changed after they are created because the content is built directly into the code. Dynamic QR codes can be updated later without reprinting, because they use a managed redirect link.
How do I manage my dynamic QR code?
After purchase, we email you a PDF with your QR code and a Manage QR link. You can use that link to update the destination of your dynamic QR code later. Static QR codes cannot be edited after creation.
How do I use my QR code?
You can place your QR code on business cards, flyers, product packaging, menus, signs, websites, and emails. People can scan it with their phone camera to instantly open the linked content.
What is your refund policy?
Dynamic QR purchases are refundable within 7 days. Static QR codes are final sale because they are custom-made, but we will gladly correct any mistakes. Please see our full Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! We will email you the QR code in a PDF format in addition to the receipt.
