General 7-Day Refund Window (Non-Static Products)
For eligible purchases (e.g., dynamic QR services/products), you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by contacting Hello@CheapJoesQR.com from the email used at checkout and providing your order number. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank/processor..
Static QR Codes — Final Sale
Static QR codes are final sale and non-refundable. If you made a mistake (typo, wrong URL, etc.), you may submit a correction request within 7 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to regenerate and re-email the corrected static code. Corrections are limited to the original order’s scope (e.g., same size/style/color/caption rules). If the correction requires a material change outside the original scope, additional fees may apply.
Ineligible Refunds
Requests made after the 7-day window;
Static QR code purchases (see Section 2);
Issues caused by content or destinations you control (e.g., destination site downtime, DNS errors, redirects blocked by firewalls, app-specific scanning quirks);
Inability to scan due to device- or app-specific limitations (we test industry-standard readability but cannot guarantee behavior across all scanners);
Compromised accounts or email inboxes not caused by our breach (see Account & Security in the Terms);
Abuse, excessive/abnormal use, or violations of our Acceptable Use rules.
Order Problems & Re-Delivery
If you did not receive the delivery email or files, check spam/junk and storage limits, then contact Hello@CheapJoesQR.com . We will verify the order and re-deliver as appropriate.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We don’t offer exchanges. For eligible cases, request a refund within 7 days (except static codes), then place a new order.
